Proxy Voting

Problem: You want everyone to vote towards an important poll, but some people are not able to attend or access the meeting.
Solution: Use Proxy voting to delegate votes for attendees on behalf of others teams or people.

Proxy voting is a vote cast on behalf of another person or a group who may not be able to attend, a common example of this would be the absentee vote or ballot.

In order to be able to use Proxy voting in MeetingPulse, you need to have some attendees uploaded first. Here's how you can upload attendees into your MeetingPulse meeting.

Once you have your attendees uploaded, you can set up proxy voting by clicking on More >> Proxy Rights, on your Attendees tab.

When you open your Proxy rights settings, click on the attendee whose vote you'd like to delegate, and click on Select, to pick the delegate from the list.

On the attendee view, the delegate will see a notification with the number of votes they have been delegated.

The delegate attendee can answer the poll multiple times, and they can clear and update their answers as well.

The proxy voting is available for Single Answer, Rating, Yes/No and NPS poll types.
