You can collect questions and organize them for different speakers or different sessions. Using the Multi-Topic Q&A module, create a different topic for each speaker, so they will only have to manage the questions directed at them.


Here are some tips on how to set that up for the best flow:

  1. Name: “Questions for [Speaker’s name]

  2. Description: Include information about the speaker’s topic(s) and what time they speak.

  3. Callout text: “Submit question

  4. Moderation (Optional): Generally recommended, questions must be approved by a moderator.

  5. Voting on, downvoting off

  6. Commenting (Optional): Allows attendees to discuss threads on each question
