You can collect questions and organize them for different speakers or different sessions. Using the Q&A module, create a different topic for each speaker, so they will only have to manage the questions directed at them.

Here are some tips on how to set that up for best flow:

  1. Name: “Questions for [Speaker’s name]

  2. Description: Include information about the speaker’s topic(s) and what time they speak.

  3. Callout text: “Submit question

  4. Moderation (Optional): Generally recommended, questions must be approved by a moderator.

  5. Voting on, downvoting off

  6. Commenting (Optional): Allows attendees to discuss threads on each question
