Prepare for your next all-hands using this template. From your dashboard, in the drop-down in "Create Meeting" click on "Create from Template" or go directly to "Templates" from the left side panel and click on "All Hands".

By default, you will get 4 modules enabled: Pulse, Polls & Surveys (including Quizzes), Q&A, and Forms. These modules can be turned on and off with the toggles on the left panel. In an All Hands meeting, you will need to set the pace of it by switching employees' attention towards a specific module according to your schedule.

Use Pulse to create a buzz of shared feelings during the meeting. This module can be available for your audience throughout the entire event so they can click or tap on the different reactions during each part of the event. This module is already set up with 9 different reactions. You can go to the Pulse settings in the top left to modify it. Participants will be invited to select their skin tone for emojis with hand gestures.

Start some fun Quizzes to create a good atmosphere among team members. You can create as many quizzes as you want and they can have also as many polls as you need in each quiz. Once you create the quizzes you need, you can start or stop them at any time. Give your audience enough time to answer all questions and once everyone has participated, you can review the answers together and even create a leaderboard.

With the Q&A spaces created, you can gather inquiries from your employees and have Senior management respond to them. You will see two topics, a Suggestion Box and a Leadership Q&A. You can modify these by clicking the gear icon. Besides, you can add your own with the "+ Topic" button below.

Prepare an exit survey in the Forms module and toggle it off to be hidden from your employees. Then, towards the end of the meeting, enable the module and launch the survey so everyone can give their feedback in order to improve the next All Hands.
