Prepare this meeting template before the actual speaker presentation. You might want to create a different set of Polls for each speaker and guide your audience to direct their feedback to the right person.
From your dashboard, in the drop-down in "Create Meeting" click on "Create from Template" or go directly to "Templates" from the left side panel and click on "Speaker Evaluation".
The purpose of a speaker evaluation event is to collect constructive criticism and feedback to help the speakers improve their future presentations.
This is a good opportunity to share the speakers’ bios through materials so the attendees direct their feedback to the right person. You can also attach the session deck so participants can download it.
Prepare the questions/polls days in advance. Once you create them, have the URL or scannable QR code for this template ready. We recommend launching it towards the end of an event, in the last few minutes while your employees are still engaged.
This template could be handled separately from any other MeetingPulse meeting you were using in the event for your speakers and it would be a good idea not to broadcast the results from the speaker evaluation.
