Enhanced Meetings Dashboard

Get ready for a fresh look on your MeetingPulse dashboard! We've made some exciting updates to improve your meeting management experience:

- New Attendee Count: Quickly gauge your meeting's attendance at a glance.

- Prominent "Last Modified" Column: Stay on top of your most recent changes effortlessly.

- Convenient Meeting Controls: Access publish, stop, or restart options by hovering over the kebab menu for each meeting.

Streamlined CSV Downloads for Polls, Forms, and Registration

We're thrilled to introduce powerful new options for data analysis:

1. NEW! Results by Attendee

- Focus on pure results without timestamps.

- Perfect for a clean overview of each attendee's responses.

2. Results and Timestamps by Attendee

- Ideal for tie-breakers or submission time verification.

- Previously known as "Detailed votes CSV" in the Engagement Report.

3. NEW! Results by Response Option

- Get a bird's-eye view of audience-wide poll results.

- Includes both percentage and count of votes for each option.

- Now available in Presenter view (formerly "Results CSV" in Engagement Report).

Refined Visibility controls in Polls and Forms

We've simplified poll visibility management:

  • A new toggle replaces the green and red show/hide buttons

  • Toggle ON: Attendees can see the poll

  • Toggle OFF: Poll is hidden from attendees

We've made the same change to Forms.

  • Toggle ON: Attendees can see the form

  • Toggle OFF: The form is hidden

Pulse Updates: Express Yourself Like Never Before

Alphabet Emojis

Introducing 26 new letter emojis to supercharge your Pulse interactions:

- Perfect for real-time team check-ins during debates (e.g., J for Josh's team, A for Ami's team).

- Ideal for quick categorizations (e.g., D for defense, P for plaintiff).
