Create your MeetingPulse Meeting

1. To prepare to add MeetingPulse to the CVENT Attendee Hub, first ensure that

your meeting(s) and the polls, surveys, forms or other interactive elements are complete in MeetingPulse.

2. Test your theme elements and meeting content in the MeetingPulse Attendee view and Broadcast view.

3. For a smooth transition from one platform to another, do not add a meeting password or entry elements to your meeting, unless required.

4. When you’re happy with the content, look and navigation of your meeting, copy the URL using the SHARE button.

Adding MeetingPulse to CVENT - Step 1

1. To add MeetingPulse to the CVENT Attendee Hub, first login to the backend, select your event, and select the PAGES menu item to create a page on the app.

2. This process will create the Attendee Hub menu item that will lead all users to the MeetingPulse area of the app.

3. Select and enter a name for the page that is easily recognized as the interaction or engagement component.

1. Next, choose an icon for the Attendee Hub menu that represents the elements of the MeetingPulse meeting.

2. This will add the menu item that will lead all users to the MeetingPulse area of the app.

3. Paste the URL copied from MeetingPulse into the PAGE URL field. Use the dropdown menu to collect attendee data with responses.


Adding MeetingPulse to CVENT - Step 3

1. You can create multiple pages in CVENT that lead directly to MeetingPulse meetings.

2. Add links to Surveys, Photo Gallery, secure Voting, live Polls, Quizzes, Leaderboards, NPS Scoring, materials and documents, and more .

3. Place links, cards or tiles all over your CVENT Attendee Hub app to drive response & engagement everywhere.

  • Add engagement links from MeetingPulse to the CVENT homepage.

  • Place links in the hamburger menu that lead to true session engagement throughout the event.

  • Include links to documents, pages and materials. Allow participant uploads and submissions via MeetingPulse.

  • Add sentiment modules like PulseTM, which is not included in the CVENT mobile app.
