Use the Materials module to embed a PDF directly into the attendee view. This lets attendees view and interact with your documents without leaving MeetingPulse or losing focus. Common use cases include embedding a guide for attendees, a worksheet or activity handout, or other important resources they may need during an event.
How to Embed a PDF
Go to Materials and click New Material → Material Type → Embed PDF.
Give your material a title and select your PDF from your computer.
Click Create — your PDF will now be available for attendees to view directly in the session.
💡 Tip: Use clear titles for your PDFs so attendees can quickly identify the content they need.
Attendee View
Attendees will be able to click into the Material and see the PDF directly embedded into their screen.
