The AI-powered Summary Tool transforms Q&A and brainstorming sessions into actionable insights by automatically identifying key themes and highlighting supporting audience quotes.

How to Summarize with AI

  1. Prepare your content

  • Make sure there are at least 10 questions populated in your Q&A module. The summary generator needs a minimum amount of content to work effectively.

2. Generate the summary

  • Click Summarize with AI in the top toolbar.

  • Review and confirm the dialog box, which explains that MeetingPulse uses ChatGPT to generate summaries.

3. View the results

  • After a short processing time, your summary will appear.

  • It will include:

    • The main themes identified in your Q&A session

    • Supporting quotes from participants to illustrate each point

4. Use or edit your summary

  • Copy the summary as-is to share with stakeholders or include in reports.

  • Or, edit the text to tailor it for your audience and communication style.
