How to Summarize with AI
Prepare your content
Make sure there are at least 10 questions populated in your Q&A module. The summary generator needs a minimum amount of content to work effectively.
2. Generate the summary
Click Summarize with AI in the top toolbar.
Review and confirm the dialog box, which explains that MeetingPulse uses ChatGPT to generate summaries.
3. View the results
After a short processing time, your summary will appear.
It will include:
The main themes identified in your Q&A session
Supporting quotes from participants to illustrate each point
4. Use or edit your summary
Copy the summary as-is to share with stakeholders or include in reports.
Or, edit the text to tailor it for your audience and communication style.
