Customize your Q&A toolbar

Meeting owners can now set default Q&A workflows to streamline the moderator experience. This feature allows presenters to “pin” frequently used actions to the toolbar, while moving less relevant actions out of sight.

How to Customize Your Q&A Toolbar

  1. Within Q&A, navigate to any question and click More (the last item in the toolbar).

  2. Select Configure toolbar.

3. A list of all available actions will appear.

  • Actions you pin will show directly on the toolbar.

  • Depending on screen size, some pinned items may still collapse into the More dropdown.

4. Pin the actions you use most often, and unpin those that don’t apply to your workflow.

5. (Optional) Click Apply to All Users to make this toolbar configuration the default for anyone managing the meeting — ensuring the most relevant actions are always front and center.

💡 Tip: Keep your toolbar clean and focused by only pinning the actions you use regularly.
