We are excited to introduce the latest update to Meetingpulse, featuring our brand-new Registration Module. This update empowers you to manage event registrations with greater ease and customization.
Meetings are open and anonymous by default. Attendees can join without providing their name or email address unless you enable Registration or another attendee identification or access setting.
If Registration is turned off and no other attendee identification setting is enabled, attendees will appear as numbered, anonymous attendees, such as Attendee #15.
Use the Registration module to ask attendees for their name and email address before they enter the meeting.
Turn on Registration
Open your meeting.
Turn on the Registration toggle in the feature list on the left.
Registration Fields:
Upon enabling the Registration Module, two default fields will appear: "Please enter your name" and "Please enter your email." The data entered in these fields will be captured in CSV files and linked to the attendee's session.
Customize the form
We understand that different events have unique registration requirements. Therefore, you have the flexibility to add additional fields.
You can add fields such as phone number, address, company, title, short text, and file upload. Feel free to edit field labels and placeholder text to fit your event.
Include Polls for added engagement:
We've added the option to include polls during registration, enhancing attendee engagement and interaction. You can also use text and image blocks to organize the form.
